Park Policies

ADMISSION

To ensure a safe, fun, and comfortable experience for all guests, we have a few guidelines to help manage crowd sizes and keep things running smoothly.

  • Capacity: We may limit entry during peak hours to prevent overcrowding. This may be implemented through timed entry, admission fees, and/or more stringent minor entrance policies. We will use a queue system with staff supervision at the entrance. Please follow staff directions. All entry decisions will be made in the sole discretion of Fun Depot.
  • Reserved events: Large parties or events must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in guests are always welcome but may experience limited availability during scheduled events.
  • Private events: We occasionally close part or all of our facility to host private events. During these times, general admission may be limited or unavailable.  While we strive to ensure all guests are made aware of these prior to entry, no refunds will be given due to  limited availability of areas or attractions.

MINORS

Persons under the age of 16 may only enter the premises with a responsible adult. Each guardian may bring no more than 6 underage persons into the premises.

We strongly recommend that all minors (under 18) be accompanied by an adult. Fun Depot does not assume any responsibility or liability for unattended minors.

SMOKING

No smoking in the facility —  in entryways, lines or near attraction areas. Smoking is ONLY allowed in designated outdoor areas near ashtrays. This policy includes cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and any form of smoking or vaporizing devices.  Use of any and all smoking devices may lead to removal of the facility with no refunds.

LOITERING

Loitering on these premises or in the adjacent parking areas is strictly prohibited.

OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS

Outside food and beverage which is not prepared and/or served by Fun Depot/Cordial are strictly prohibited. Birthday cakes are the only allowed food type and are only allowed if the guest seeks permission from the Fund Depot staff.

DRESS CODE

Appropriate, clean, family-friendly attire required. Shirt and shoes are required at all times. Clothing with inappropriate language or images, or clothing that is excessively revealing or see-through is not permitted. We reserve the right to request a change of attire or deny entry to guests who do not comply with this dress code.

ANIMAL POLICY

Pets are not permitted. Only service animals.

FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY

No cameras or video recording on any attraction. Professional photography or videography is not permitted without a prior reservation and approval from our team.

WEATHER

Some attractions may close temporarily during inclement weather (such as lightning, heavy rain, flooding, or high winds) or unexpected city power outages. They will reopen as soon as it is safe or power is restored. Indoor areas may remain open but you may be asked to relocate to certain areas of the facility. No refunds or rain checks will be issued for weather-related or power-related closures.

SAFETY

Fun Depot does not assume any responsibility or liability for failure to adhere to Park Policies and safety standards.

  • It is recommended that guests with pre-existing medical conditions such as head, neck or back problems; and women who are pregnant not participate in or ride any attractions. Each individual should evaluate his or her ability to participate or ride any attraction.
  • Follow all safety rules and heed all warnings (verbal and written) at each attraction and throughout the facility.
  • Act in a responsible manner. If you see any unsafe activity or condition, please report it to management. We reserve the right to deny entry or ask any guest to leave if their actions compromise safety or disrupt the experience of others
  • Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 and over with valid photo ID. Our team is trained to follow responsible service practices. Guests who appear visibly intoxicated will not be served and may be asked to leave the premises. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior—whether alcohol-related or not—will result in removal from the facility.
  • Illegal substances or weapons of any kind are not permitted.
